Product Focus: Austria

A trip into Austria is like walking into a fairy tale. From the gilded palaces of Vienna to the green rolling mountains, it is magic. The food also is magic and ranges from elegant, French influenced menus to basic peasant soups and stews. These latter are our favorites and incorporate seasonal produce, meats and very basic spices and herbs.
